Founded in 1988, Nagan Construction Inc. is a Multi-discipline, Small Business and General Contractor with a construction bonding capability 40 million dollars per project and an aggregate bonding level of 60 million dollars. NCI is well versed in government contracts and public-sector policies and procedures. Our experiences in this area offers clients a strategic competitive advantage over other contractors.

NCI has established an exceptional reputation of trust and integrity in the industry. NCI has built excellent partnerships with many local, state, and government agencies including Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, National Park Service, Dormitory Authority of State of New York, Port Authority of NY & NJ, Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Mental Health, Health & Hospice Organizations of NY, and multiple School Districts in Long Island, NY.
